NOTES AND NEWS FROM ED & MOLLY
Just before the blizzard (the first one..),
we traveled to Lansing, Michigan, to the
Great Lakes Ice Cream & Fast Food
Association's convention and trade
show. We had a lot of questions and
we learned a lot about how to make
and do everything better. Ed was
especially pleased to find a company
that produces ALL NATURAL
flavorings. We try to make everything as
natural as possible. Our banana
custard is made with bananas; our
pumpkin custard is made with
pumpkin; peanut butter with peanut
butter and our coffee custard is made
with fresh, cold-brewed, locally roasted
coffee. This week we received samples
of several all-natural flavors, including
peach, lemon and root beer. Whoohoo!
We'll let you know when we start testing
so you can scoot over and give us your
opinions!
